About My Clients
My clients are typically struggling with interpersonal relationships, identify and self-esteem. An intimacy avoidant behaviors is when we use something on the outside to ease to soothe, calm, numb or avoid something on the inside. These behaviors include disordered eating, chronic dieting and attempts at weight loss, compulsive or problematic sexual behaviors and relationships, sexual anorexia, financial compulsivity and financial hoarding.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed mental health professional in Washington and Texas and my specialties include intimacy disorders such as love and sex addictions (including partners of sex and love addicts), eating disorders and body image, bariatric support and counseling, work and financial disorders and phase of life issues.
