About My Clients
I find myself working with people who want to understand themselves better, feel better, and make changes in their life. I see myself as walking on a path beside you, there to help you explore, understand, and make changes within your unique struggles and life experiences.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy depends on the needs of the person I’m sitting with. I find that some people need a more rational and cognitive approach. Some people need help focusing on and working directly with feelings. I also often think from and use an approach called Internal Family Systems, which deepens the therapy experience and provides help with healing past experiences that are impacting one’s current day to day life. I’d be happy to talk with you about your specific needs and my approaches, to see if we could be a good match for the work you’d like to do.
