About My Clients
From start to finish, parents are incorporated into the therapy process at every session. Using executive function skill building and parental education as the backbone of our work, play therapy techniques and reward systems are woven into sessions to keep motivation high. My Background and Approach
Graduating with my doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 2010, I started my post doc in 2011. I worked for 10 years at a faith based practice in Mesa, AZ under supervision and concurrently for 10 years in a group practice specializing in children and teens. In 2025 I became licensed and in 2026 became an ADHD Certified provider (ADHD-CCSP). Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), I help struggling families quell the chaos in the home that ADHD often delivers.
