About My Clients
Thoughtful, capable, and deeply caring, yet often overwhelmed or quietly exhausted from holding so much. May feel stuck in familiar patterns while navigating relationship stress, life transitions, or neurodivergence in themselves or their family. Seeking insight, relief, and practical tools to feel more steady, connected, and able to respond with intention rather than reactivity.
My Background and Approach
Grounded in a relational and strengths-based perspective, my work is informed by training in clinical social work and experience supporting adults, couples, and families across a range of life stages. I have a particular focus on neurodivergence, developmental disabilities, and the impact these experiences can have on identity, relationships, and daily functioning. I also support clients navigating life transitions, including perimenopause, shifts in roles, and changes in relationships. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I integrate psychoeducation and skill-building with deeper, process-oriented work to help clients understand patterns and create meaningful change. Because stress and earlier experiences are often held in the body, I incorporate brain-body approaches, including Brainspotting when appropriate, to support processing in a way that feels steady, contained, and respectful of each person’s pace.
