About My Clients
I work with children ages 5+, teens, adults, couples, families, and caregivers seeking support with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma and PTSD, stress, emotional regulation, self-esteem, life transitions, relationship concerns, family conflict, parenting stress, behavioral concerns, school challenges, and coping skills. Evening, night, and weekend sessions are available, with in-person care in Moss Point and telehealth throughout Mississippi.
My Background and Approach
I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely heard and respected. My approach is warm, collaborative, client-centered, and practical. I draw from psychoeducation, CBT-informed strategies, strengths-based work, and developmentally appropriate creative activities, tailoring sessions to each person’s needs. Care for younger clients may include a mix of individual and family sessions depending on comfort and maturity. In-person sessions can include sensory and grounding supports. I work with clients from various religious and secular backgrounds but do not provide faith-integrated therapy. Most insurance plans are accepted except TRICARE, and sliding-scale openings may be available upon request based on need.
