About My Clients
I work with adults who are curious, thoughtful, and motivated to understand themselves more deeply and live with greater ease. Many want to improve communication, explore how thoughts, feelings, and beliefs shape their lives, and build practical skills for change. I integrate evidence-based therapy with somatic and non-traditional approaches, supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions as they build resilience, self-knowledge, and joy.
My Background and Approach
With nearly a decade of counseling and coaching experience, I am formalizing my therapeutic training through licensure in clinical social work. My BS in psychology and neuroscience, with a specific focus on perception and behavior, served as the foundation for further training in meditation and mindfulness, trauma-informed psychedelic integration counseling, and becoming a certified death doula and grief counselor. These perspectives have deeply informed my therapeutic approach to self-compassion and post-traumatic growth.I provide a non-judgemental, honest space for clients to explore their goals, challenges, and beliefs. This work is practical, and combines traditional evidence-based therapeutic techniques like CBT and somatic therapies with non-traditional holistic therapeutic techniques.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that being curious about ourselves, our thoughts, beliefs, and experiences, is the first step to comprehensive self-awareness and the development of intentional action. What we think and believe influences our actions, and impacts our experience of ourselves and the world around us. When we gain insight into those planes of ourselves, we gain access to a more liberated way of living. I love working in the space where the self and science overlap and enjoy blending evidence-based practices with creative self exploration to aid clients in gaining a better, clearer sense of self, and the development of personal agency. Acceptance leads to agency. agency leads to action, and action leads to meaningful change.
