My Background and Approach
I bring over two decades of holistic healing experiences to every session. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, certified Spiritual Director, longtime energy practitioner, and student of Intuitive Homeopathy for over thirteen years. My work is grounded in family systems theory, trauma-informed and somatic approaches, and mindfulness-based therapy, woven together with spiritual guidance and homeopathic medicine for truly whole-person care. What this means for you is that I am never working from a single modality or a rigid protocol. I am listening beneath the words, tracking the body, the energy, the story beneath the story and drawing from an expansive toolkit built over decades to offer what is most needed in each moment. I am also a published author, a nonprofit founder, and a mother. I have sat with children, teens, adults, couples, and families through grief, awakening, trauma, and transformation. I know this territory intimately, personally and professionally. We walk together.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that when a woman heals, her whole family shifts. When a mother finds her footing, her children respond. When a family breaks a cycle, generations yet to come are freed. This is the sacred geometry of whole-person, whole-system care, and it is the beating heart of everything I do. We are living in a profound moment of collective awakening. The divine feminine is rising in our homes, our communities, our bodies, our remembering. Ancient wisdom carried in our bones, in the natural world, in the cycles of the moon and the turning of the seasons, is calling us back to ourselves. I am here to support that return. I am a woman, a mother, a mystic, and a healer who believes deeply in the sanctity of all life and the belonging of all people. I am committed to accessible, equitable care, having offered sliding scale services throughout my entire career. I honor and welcome all identities, orientations, backgrounds, and beliefs. I am a lover of earth, a student of nature's medicine.
