About My Clients

Are you feeling like your relationships are just not working? Beyond frustrating and you are feeling sad and starting to shut down? I will tailor your therapy experience using proven clinical methodologies which include EFT, Family Systems Theory and additional evidence based clinical practices to help you achieve peace and joy. Your experience will be a discovery of whats possible for you and together I will help you make sense of yourself, your relationships and expand your life experiences.

My Background and Approach

I am trained as a couples therapist, an individual therapist, LGBTQ+ allied and trained in Discernment Counseling for couples. Humans are not meant to be alone, relationships and community are key components for overall health. I can help you discover whats changes you can make that will positively affect your relationships so you can be fully self expressed and enjoy the next chapter of your life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe life can be lived dynamically and joyfully and we gain so much from balanced and accepting relationships. Often it is a human response to be so invested in someone else's thoughts and feelings we forget our own. This results in co-dependency and stress. I believe that these messages of "I shouldn't do that" or "I have to do this or they will be mad" can come from within, family, intimate partners and society. I can help you determine what is truly yours and what you can let go of to be fully self expressed.
