About My Clients
Primarily, I work with teens and adults, in-office or online, at Liv Associates in Warminster, PA. My Background and Approach
Currently, I work with preteens, adolescents, and adults with varying diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, acute stress disorder, ADHD, ASD, adjustment disorder, and trauma. I typically practice from a person-centered, also known as, Rogerian perspective. Essentially, I foster a secure and empathetic environment where my client(s) are comfortable sharing thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a non-judgmental safe environment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My goal is to create a safe space to discuss various issues people face. Additionally, clients are always welcome to discuss social justice issues, including political anxieties. When I am not working, I enjoy being outside, gardening when the weather is nice. A lot of my time is focused on my children, and I absolutely love finding new ways to engage and play with them. I also love driving and going to new places with my kids. Self-care is also important, and I enjoy going out with my friends, thrifting, and taking time to myself as well!
