This treatment is the gold standard approach to Couples Therapy. It has been shown to be efficacious in restoring relational harmony through repairing and securing attachment bonds. EFT for couples provides for insight and awareness into the relational dynamics of misattunement, reinforced through repeated patterns of dysfunctional interactions. EFT supports couples to expand their capacity for emotional presence to effectively communicate their needs to improve relationship satisfaction.

IFS a transformative approach to emotional wholeness. Human beings are miraculous regenerating systems with great capacity for healing through integrating the central energetic Self with it’s sub-personalities (parts). IFS focuses on appreciation of the human experience and the individual’s internal mechanisms for self-preservation to be free from shame and self-doubt. IFS empowers people to courageously give voice to their authentic Self which then allows for personal agency and wholeness.

This structured evidenced-based treatment addresses symptoms resolution of chronic and acute moods disorders that impair daily life functioning due to depression and anxiety resulting from mental illness, trauma, grief and loss, hormonal changes during perinatal periods or perimenopause, or challenges adjusting to life transitions. IPT focuses on interpersonal relationships as the agent to emotional healing through increased social supports and improved communication skills.

Strong and fulfilling relationships are central to our emotional well-being. The therapeutic relationship is an accepting, compassionate, and secure reparative healing agent. As expressed through the here-and-now moments during therapy, transformation will begin for secure relationships to emerge. My approach is effective for addressing intimacy, marriage and relationship issues, infidelity, communication skills, and life transitions.

Chronic and acute moods disorders may impair daily life functioning due to mental illness, hormonal changes (perinatal and perimenopause), trauma, grief and loss, or challenges that occur during normative life cycle transitions. Symptoms of depression and or anxiety may stem from a sense of powerlessness, lack of control, shame, or aloneness. Confidence and self-esteem are derived through mastery, The agent to emotional healing through increased social supports and improved communication skills.
