About My Clients
My ideal clients are young adults and adults who are navigating life's transitions and challenges. They might be grappling with the complexities of change, experiencing thought loops that leave them feeling stuck, or confronting unresolved trauma. Many of my clients face depression, anxiety, or difficulties in relationship with themselves or others. I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals who may struggle with emotional regulation and understanding their unique needs.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in Texas, with experience working in a variety of settings, including behavioral hospitals, outpatient clinics, and private practice. Through these diverse environments, I have had the privilege of connecting with people from all walks of life and learning their unique stories. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, meaning I prioritize each individual’s unique needs, experiences, and goals. This foundation allows me to use an eclectic blend of evidence-based modalities, including trauma-informed practices, EMDR, CBT, and REBT. I strive to create a collaborative environment full of compassion, and rooted in helping the client find clarity, balance, and a sense of purpose in the mist of life challenges. If you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of the next step, I’m here to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to navigate these experiences.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I understand the importance of feeling seen and understood, especially when navigating experiences tied to identity, culture, and neurodivergence. As a neurodivergent therapist my approach is grounded in compassion and authenticity, creating a space where you can explore your story and work toward healing and growth in a way that honors your unique journey. I work to create a non-judgmental environment where you can explore challenges and uncover personal resilience. With experience in addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, passive suicidal ideations, and emotional regulation, I understand how overwhelming these struggles can feel. I believe healing is not linear, and progress comes from a compassionate, collaborative process where clients feel empowered to reclaim their stories and take meaningful steps forward. My goal is to support clients in building self-awareness, emotional balance, and practical tools to navigate life’s complexities, fostering a sense of hope
