I have over a decade of experience working with a variety of tools rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness to support you through anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My goal is to equip you with practical strategies that bring relief and resilience in everyday moments. I also specialize in couples therapy using Gottman and emotion-focused methods to help improve communication and connection. Together, we’ll work collaboratively to build your strength, navigate challenges, and create meaningful change at your own pace.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that therapy is a courageous act of self-care and growth, and that everyone deserves a space where they feel truly heard and supported. I value mindfulness, balance, and connection—not just in my work, but in my own life as well. Outside of therapy, I find renewal in nature, meaningful time with friends, and creative expression. I’m committed to fostering a nonjudgmental, inclusive environment where all identities and experiences are respected. I believe healing happens best when we meet challenges with compassion and practical tools to build resilience.
