About My Clients
I work with adults who are tired of just surviving and ready to start healing. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or substance use — often all at once. They’re smart, self-aware, and deeply capable, but something keeps getting in the way of feeling truly okay. That’s where therapy comes in. Together, we’ll unpack what’s keeping you stuck and build tools that actually work for your life.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed clinical social worker with nine years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. My background spans a variety of roles — from care coordination to recovery coaching — which has given me a deep understanding of people in their everyday environments. This perspective allows me to meet clients with empathy, insight, and a practical understanding of what healing looks like in real life. In therapy, I strive to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and equipped. My approach blends education and awareness with actionable tools, helping you better understand your challenges while building strategies to reduce symptoms and improve your quality of life. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, or life transitions, we’ll work together to uncover what’s holding you back and develop a path forward that feels empowering and sustainable.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Everyone has the capacity to grow, heal, and change — no matter where they’re starting from. Many mental health challenges stem from learned patterns, which means they can be unlearned and replaced with healthier, more supportive habits. In therapy, you’ll gain practical tools to manage anxiety, regulate emotions, and build resilience. My approach is direct, solution-focused, and grounded in evidence-based techniques. We’ll start with what’s happening now and work together to create relief that lasts.
