Change is constant; you are not the same person you were yesterday. We all, as human beings, struggle with some sort of belief, habit, or pattern we have learned along the way, whether that came from our parents, friends, society, etc. that we may not necessarily want to continue. The important thing is we become aware of the old programming, decide how we want to live our lives, and write a new program for ourselves that feelings authentic and true. The beautiful part is, we can change. We can live our lives intentionally, no longer on auto pilot. I believe living an intentional life is the most liberating and powerful way to elevate ourselves beyond our wildest dreams. The only limits that exist are the limits we chose to believe in our minds.
