*Accepting New Clients* Life can become overwhelming and take unexpected turns. I help people through difficult or challenging life transitions, especially young adults on their life’s journey, as these times are filled with a growth of self and new beginnings. I also specialize in working with women who are experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders as well as individuals affected by fertility issues, pregnancy loss, marital strain, parenting, career stress, trauma, and grief.

I am passionate about providing a safe and nurturing environment for individuals and partners who are experiencing transitions in life. It can be a daunting task to ask for help when challenges arise, but if you do, it can lead you down a path of hope and healing. I will empower you to regain a sense of well being and self-worth, bringing balance and harmony back into your life. I enjoy moving people through times of crisis and transition, together we will challenge outdated values and beliefs, identify negative thought patterns and behaviors, learn skills to promote positive and effective ways of thinking and confront and overcome fears. I believe that you are already whole, just needing support to uncover your strength and intuition to stand in your power.

I am committed to creating and maintaining an atmosphere of openness, trust, and safety where all attitudes, beliefs, values, and behaviors can be freely explored and discussed and to foster a climate where equity and mutual respect are intrinsic. I actively support the LGBTQ+ community-. I actively support the BLM movement and radical change to promote equity and justice. I actively work on my self, my biases and grow through my work.
