About My Clients
I work with individuals navigating disordered eating, trauma, anxiety, and major life transitions. Many of my clients feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed, and are looking for a way to better understand themselves and move forward. I also support those experiencing postpartum challenges, as well as individuals living with autoimmune disease and chronic illness.
My Background and Approach
I have completed extensive postgraduate training in counseling, eating disorders, and trauma therapy through advanced coursework, research, and specialized programs. My work is holistic and integrative, drawing from approaches such as DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR, and somatic-based therapies. I focus on the connection between mind, body, and lived experience, helping you build awareness, resilience, and meaningful change in a way that feels sustainable.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should feel human, not clinical or rigid. Healing happens in spaces where you feel safe, understood, and free to explore without judgment. I see each person as inherently capable of growth and change, and I value creating a space that feels supportive, real, and aligned with who you are.
