About My Clients
I enjoy working with severe-and-persistent mental illness (SPMI), Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), and individuals needing diagnostic clarification. I offer Autism, ADHD, intellectual disabilities/giftedness, learning disabilities, and more for psychological testing. I take a neuroaffirmative approach in my work with clients and hope to help you find clarity.
My Background and Approach
I graduated with my M.S. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Kentucky and my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Texas Woman's University. I specialize in psychological testing for Autism, ADHD, intellectual disability/giftedness, and personality. I also have training in Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and approach all work from a multicultural and feminist perspective. I have previous experiencing teaching undergraduate and graduate coursework in psychology, as well as inpatient behavioral health experience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am an open-minded individual who is an BIPOC and LGBTQ ally. I am a huge animal lover, and loves animals of kinds (especially cats).
