My Background and Approach
I support adults with anxiety and OCD through training and experience utilizing Exposure and Response Prevention, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Hypnocounting (for trauma), and Internal Family Systems. Clients come to me looking for a therapist who can help them break free from intrusive thoughts, perfectionism, and poor boundaries. Sessions with me are a mix of talk therapy to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and exercises to change problematic behaviors. We will move at your pace, because I want you to feel safe and empowered.
