About My Clients

I see normal people with normal parents. I have worked with a range of diverse clients diagnoses and cultural, religious, sexual, gender, and ethnic backgrounds. I see people with life problems, bad experiences, trauma, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, family and relationship issues, and other issues.

My Background and Approach

I primarily practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but I am free to adapt and flexible to your individual goals. I like to be practical with goals to work on each session.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that therapy is a collaborative approach, and it takes two. I am open minded. I work as a School Psychologist during the day and a private practice at nights.
