About My Clients
Does it feel like you can’t do it all anymore? That you’ve tried really hard, but are burnt out. Or maybe you’ve reached your max in your ability to make things better, keep it all together, or to make things feel less chaotic. Going through the motions of our daily life can feel overwhelming, even without the impacts of grief, loss or trauma. And if this is your first time reaching out to a counselor it can feel scary, uncomfortable, exciting or maybe all of the above.
My Background and Approach
I received my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2018. My previous experiences have included vocational skills training, mentorship, residential treatment, family therapy, and instructional assistance. I use evidenced-based treatment that is tailored to your specific needs. I work with those who’ve experienced trauma, grief/loss, anger management, depression and anxiety. It's so important to me that you feel welcomed when you reach out for the first time. My initial goal is to get to know you and create a welcoming space for you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I'm honored to be able to hear your story and I want you to feel heard and understood during our work together, so being a good fit is so very important. I work collaboratively with each client to figure out what successful therapy means for them and how we can get there together to find hope and healing in your journey.
