About My Clients
At Brezia Healing, I serve individuals, couples, and families ready to move past survival mode. Backed by 16+ years of clinical experience, my practice is a dedicated space for adult survivors of childhood adversity, trauma, and relationship issues. As a USMC veteran, I specialize in helping service members and their families navigate identity shifts and military life transitions. As a special needs mother, I also provide deep, empathetic support for caregivers facing chronic burnout.
My Background and Approach
As an LCSW with an MSW from USC and 16+ years of clinical experience, my advanced background as a Clinical Director ensures your care is backed by deep professional expertise. Because I am a USMC veteran and a mother to special needs children, military families and caregivers benefit from a culturally informed, deeply empathetic space where your unique pressures are instantly understood. Furthermore, my certifications in CBT, TF-CBT, and Spanish fluency mean you receive practical, trauma-informed tools in your preferred language to safely break old cycles and build lasting resilience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I stand for real, unfiltered human resilience. As a USMC veteran and a mother of children with special needs, my personal values are rooted in advocacy, deep systemic empathy, and creating spaces where no one feels invisible or judged. I am a fierce advocate for the military and veteran community, working to break the stigma surrounding mental health and service transitions. I am also deeply dedicated to supporting caregivers and families navigating developmental challenges. My belief is simple: no matter how difficult the environment you survived, you have the capacity to heal and thrive.
