About My Clients

Are you someone that has experienced a traumatic event? Have you ever been hit with surprise flashbacks and feeling your body flood with anxiety? I understand what you're feeling. Post Traumatic stress and anxiety after an event can be life altering and so scary. No one should endure that burden alone. Holistic practice and trauma focused solutions can reduce anxiety tremendously. I look forward to supporting you through this healing journey!

My Background and Approach

Over the years of practice and continuing my education, I believe in a holistic and collaborative approach. I have extensive experience in post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, and depression. I advocate for mind and body alignment and wellness in order to find the root causes of symptoms. I enjoy supporting and "walking" with people in their journey to find what plan of actions and habits work best for them.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I regularly volunteer with an Equine Therapy facility that supports the Autism and On the Spectrum community, as well as supports the Veteran community. I hold value in living an authentic life and being comfortable in your own skin.
