My clients are almost always highly intuitive, creative, sensitive to energies, and aware of many changes occurring. They are trying to navigate through their own inner verse and figure out how to stay grounded.
My Background and Approach
I utilize compassion, psychoeducation, coaching, empowerment, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness to quickly shift you to a higher vibrations. I am trained in Reiki energy healing which can aid in emotional releases.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that consciousness is awakening and this can feel overwhelming to the system if you are unaware of going through a spiritual awakening. I offer a safe space to land while you re-ground, reconnect, and attune to the new.
