My goal in therapy is for each client to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, empowering them to lead healthier, more confident lives. I hope to help clients build confidence, challenge their limiting beliefs, and encourage them to push past their comfort zones. Throughout our work together, I strive to create a space where growth is nurtured, and individuals feel supported in their journey toward self-discovery. I want my clients to leave therapy feeling stronger, more resilient, and ready to continue evolving as they embrace their full potential.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
It's my goal to help you through those big feelings you experience, the doubts, insecurities, grief, past trauma, anxiety, and so much more. You don't have to do the hard work alone, let's work together so you can be the best version of you that you can be! I believe that we all can grow and improve at any point in our lives but it can be difficult to know which way to go when we are in the middle of the sh*t. I'm passionate about working with under served communities. I have previously done research on mental health on Native American reservations. I believe that everyone deserves mental health services no matter your past. Everyone deserves help, kindness, and support through difficult times.
