About My Clients
You may be the one everyone relies on. The one who notices what needs to be done, keeps things moving, and rarely lets yourself fall apart. From the outside, you may look like you’re handling it. Inside, your mind rarely gets a break. You might overthink, feel guilty saying no, carry the mental load, or wonder who you are outside of taking care of everyone else. You don’t have to keep proving you’re okay by carrying everything alone.
My Background and Approach
Therapy with me is honest, collaborative, and grounded in real life. I work with women navigating anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, people-pleasing, motherhood stress, and the pressure of feeling like everything depends on them. In our work together, we slow things down and look at what has been weighing on you, what you’ve been carrying, and what may not need to be yours anymore. Sometimes we look at the different parts of you that show up in hard moments: the part that pushes you to get everything right, the part that worries about letting people down, the part that feels overwhelmed, resentful, or exhausted. I use a blend of CBT, attachment-based therapy, IFS-informed parts work, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation. I’m not here to judge you, sit silently, or expect you to have everything figured out. We start wherever you are.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe you can hold a lot, but that does not mean you have to hold it all. So many women learn to be capable, dependable, and strong for everyone else, while quietly losing touch with themselves in the process. I believe therapy should be a place where you do not have to perform, polish, or prove that you’re doing okay. You get to show up as a whole person here: the capable parts, the overwhelmed parts, the tired parts, and the parts that are ready for something to feel different. I also believe growth does not have to mean becoming a completely different person. Often, it means learning how to care deeply without disappearing, set limits without drowning in guilt, and trust that you are enough even when you stop doing it all.
