About My Clients
My passion resides in working with adolescents, young adults, couples, and families struggling with life transitions, relational conflict, anxiety, depression, body image, and identity development. I am LGBTQIA+, sex worker, kink, poly, and alternative lifestyle affirming.
My Background and Approach
I received my Master’s of Arts and completed my clinical training in relational therapy at Northeastern Illinois University. My work focuses on your inner thoughts, feelings, and experiences—and how that influences the various relationships in your life. We will work together to uncover patterns in your thoughts and behaviors that are serving as obstacles getting in the way of fulfilling relationships and a satisfying life. As a systemic therapist, I see every individual, couple, and family as one part of the many larger systems that we live in—including families, relationships, friendships, community, culture, religious groups, gender, race / ethnicity, and class. We will balance reflecting on the deeper dynamics and structures of your self and relationships, as well as find practical solutions to the day-to-day problems you face.
