About My Clients
I work with children, teens, and young adults utilizing a variety of modalities based on the unique needs of each individual. I provide support for a variety of issues including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, family issues, relationships, stress management, and grief/loss. With my clinical experience working with diverse client populations, ranging from youth to adults, I provide compassionate support and guidance across a wide spectrum of issues.
My Background and Approach
I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Grand Valley State University and I obtained my Master’s in Social Work at the University of Michigan, specializing in Interpersonal Practice in Integrated Health, Mental Health, and Substance Use. I believe in a person-centered approach, recognizing you are the expert of your own life and prioritizing your unique experiences and perspectives. Together, we can build a trusting relationship and create a safe environment where you can freely express yourself and feel genuinely heard and respected. I adapt my approach to each individual's unique needs, utilizing various approaches such as play-therapy, mindfulness practices, interactive worksheets, or simply engaging in open conversations.
