My Background and Approach
I am committed to empowering individuals by working collaboratively to help them re-chart their lives in meaningful ways. With specialized training in EMDR, Recovery Coaching, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), I support people in processing trauma, building coping skills, and strengthening their recovery. I have spent years working closely with individuals struggling with addiction and alcoholism, and I believe recovery is about more than sobriety—it’s about rediscovering purpose, passion, and identity. My goal is to create a supportive space where people can explore their strengths, pursue personal growth, and become the version of themselves they aspire to be.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the power of collaboration and connection as a foundation for meaningful change. I believe every individual has the capacity to heal, grow, and redefine their path—no matter their history. My work is grounded in the belief that recovery is not just about abstinence, but about rediscovering one’s purpose, identity, and passion. I believe in meeting people where they are, honoring their stories, and supporting them as they reclaim their lives. I also believe in the importance of trauma-informed care, and I value evidence-based approaches like EMDR, TF-CBT, and Recovery Coaching to help individuals access their inner strengths and move forward with hope and resilience.
