We all heal in different ways, and I value the importance of meeting a client where they are at in their healing journey, remaining patient every step of the way. I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to heal in a safe space, alongside someone who can guide and teach them along the way.
My Background and Approach
As a therapist I am dedicated to creating a safe space for all of my clients, working collaboratively with each individual as they work towards their current goals while ensuring a consistent, non-judgmental environment is maintained. I am a LLMSW therapist and my primary specialists include anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions, including but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
