I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with addictions, parenting issues, motivation, self-esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with depression. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing starts with being truly seen, so I work to build a space where you can explore who you are without pressure or judgment. I think we develop mental health issues as a result to what we experience in our everyday environments and habits we have adapted to get by. Which means that I think you can unlearn the faulty behaviors and replace them with healthy ones. My practice is informed by my belief in empathy, connection, and the importance of being seen and heard. Having navigated life’s own challenges, I understand how difficult it can be to feel stuck or overwhelmed. These experiences have shaped my approach, helping me create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, uncover strengths, and work toward meaningful growth. I value authenticity, collaboration, and honoring each person’s unique journey, and I strive to bring these values into every session.
