About My Clients
I work with adults and couples who feel stuck in relationship patterns, intimacy concerns, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, sexual difficulties, or major life transitions. Many clients are looking for deeper connection, more honest communication, greater self-understanding, and a more fulfilling life or relationship.
My Background and Approach
I have more than 20 years of experience helping individuals and couples create more fulfilling lives and rewarding relationships. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Sex Therapist, I integrate sex therapy, couples therapy, somatic psychotherapy, existential-humanistic psychotherapy, positive psychology, and practical tools for meaningful change. My approach is supportive, direct, sex-positive, and non-judgmental. Together we may explore relationship patterns, emotional disconnection, desire differences, sexual concerns, body awareness, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and the deeper questions of meaning, intimacy, authenticity, and personal growth.
My Values as a Therapist
I believe therapy works best when there is room for honesty, curiosity, directness, and compassion. I try to create a space where people can speak openly about the parts of life, relationships, sexuality, and emotional experience that are often difficult to talk about elsewhere. I do not see people as problems to be fixed. I see therapy as a process of becoming more aware, more connected, more authentic, and more able to create a life and relationships that feel meaningful and fulfilling. My practice is LGBTQIA+, poly-, kink-, and non-monogamy-aware and friendly.
