About My Clients
As an LGBTQIA+ person of color, you may feel distressed living in a world that’s hostile to people who look and love as you do. This oppression might be leading to shame, internalized oppression, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, or out-of-control behaviors. You also may be having difficulty gaining traction in dating or at work. Maybe you feel fully affirmed in who you are but are navigating trauma or other life adjustments.
My Background and Approach
I'm here to help. I do that by first listening deeply to you. Then I use my training in multiple approaches and years of experience to be your therapist. That means aiming to provide a safe and comfortable environment for you to bring any of your current concerns while getting to the roots of your suffering.
