Things feel overwhelming and too difficult to manage on your own anymore.
My Background and Approach
I have a niche for working with teens and young adults, especially those dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I aim to help clients cultivate self-compassion and identify the strengths they hold, while also using DBT to help people learn new concrete coping skills for navigating life in a way that feels most effective for them. I understand the challenge of using skills during difficult moments, and I enjoy partnering with people to provide guidance on listening to one's body and applying coping strategies. I am client-centered and will meet you where you're at, utilizing interventions that help you heal, grow, and embrace the version of yourself that feels most authentic.
