About My Clients
In my clinical work I have 20 years of practice and training in counseling children, adolescents, and adults. Much of my work is with people who are neurodivergent, have a diagnosis of ASD, ADHD, anxiety, OCD, selective mutism, self-esteem issues, and parenting issues. I hope to build a strong therapeutic bond with clients to support them in their therapy process to a happier and healthier life. I am honest and genuine with my clients and present the best possible outcomes for them.
My Background and Approach
In our therapy sessions, you will gain a better understanding of yourself and what works for you. We will explore your values and what is most important in your life. Based on this assessment we will pinpoint concrete solutions and a plan of action for how to make it work for you. We will also address any areas where you are feeling stuck or unsuccessful and discuss anything that is standing in your way such as past trauma or unhealthy habits.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that therapy should be a safe space for all. Ethical and informed treatment is important. All therapists who work with my practice offer LGBTQ+ friendly practices and neurodivergent friendly practices.
