Having experienced anxiety on a personal level, I empathize with individuals who are suffering from distressing amounts of anxiety. I am eclectic in my approach for treating this symptom which may look different for each individual.

I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy. Both of these modalities are focused on helping individuals primarily impacted by traumatic events. In addition to these modalities, I utilize a person-centered approach that focuses on the individual's unique aspects and needs.
