About My Clients
Through therapy, individuals and families are able to identify strengths, remove obstacles, and solve problems. I am experienced in guiding and supporting people through that process.
My Background and Approach
I bring over 15 years of clinical experience working with adults and adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety, anger dyscontrol, and other emotional and behavioral concerns. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that helps clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and develop practical strategies for making meaningful changes. My approach combines clinical expertise and research with humor, common sense, and a practical understanding of the challenges people face in their everyday lives. I work collaboratively with clients to identify their strengths, better understand the obstacles that may be holding them back, and develop effective tools for managing difficult emotions, improving relationships, and creating lasting change.
