About My Clients
I see a diverse population of adults and teens of all identities and presenting problems. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, feeling stuck, coping with transitions, chronic stress, low self-worth, substance abuse, or relational stress, we can work on these things together. I offer a safe and supportive space for you to explore the underlying issues of what is going on. This is a collaborative process where we can examine the behaviors and thought patterns you experience.
My Background and Approach
I am an experienced psychotherapist with over 8 years of experience in the mental health field, helping a diverse population of children, teens, and adults. I used evidence based and trauma informed techniques, such as cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to help you work through whatever it is you are going through and feel better.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
It is important for me to be a socially and culturally competent therapist that supports people of all races, ethnicities, gender identities, sexual orientation, and other backgrounds. I aim to provide a warm and open space to explore how aspects of your identity are affected by your environment.
