My Background and Approach
I work with women who feel like they’ve lost touch with themselves—numb, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. With a background in social work and years of experience as a trauma therapist, I bring a steady, compassionate presence to our work together. We’ll explore how trauma has shaped your nervous system and your beliefs about who you are. Using EMDR, body-based tools, and emotional regulation skills, I’ll help you process what’s stuck and reconnect with the parts of you that have felt far away.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing happens in safe, compassionate spaces—and that no one is too far gone or too “together” to need support. I value authenticity, gentle accountability, and creating room for people to show up just as they are. I care deeply about helping women reconnect with themselves, their bodies, and their sense of worth. I’m committed to inclusive, trauma-informed care, and to making therapy a place where clients feel both seen and supported in their growth—whatever that looks like for them.
