About My Clients
Feel like you’re carrying way too much, but are unsure how to let it out? Grief, trauma, identity struggles, or the ache for something more can be heavy. Therapy is your space to bring your full, unfiltered self. I work with teens and adults to build practical tools for emotional regulation, coping, boundaries, communication, and self-care. I hold space for BIPOC & LGBTQ+ individuals, those navigating layered or marginalized identities, and anyone who's felt unseen or unheard.
My Background and Approach
As an Indigenous and queer-identifying therapist, I create a space where every part of your identity is seen, valued, and respected. I practice from a humanistic lens, believing that healing happens through genuine connection—and that the therapeutic bond itself can spark transformation. Together, we’ll use approaches such as CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, solution-focused work, and MI to build trust and safety, so you can show up fully and do the work in a way that honors you with honesty and care.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy is not about fixing you. It's about rediscovering the parts of you that have been silenced, reshaped, or forgotten. I’ll meet you exactly where you are, without pretense or judgment. My work is grounded in social justice and honors the fullness of your identity, creating space for all of who you are to breathe and be celebrated. I believe healing happens through collaboration and curiosity. Whether you’re reclaiming your voice, agency, and boundaries; healing from trauma and systemic harm; or stepping into your wholeness with compassion and clarity—I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we can build something restorative.
