About My Clients
As a counselor, my specialty is in working with individuals who may be struggling with dementia, anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, trauma, relationships, and life transitions. I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions, and to work towards developing coping strategies and problem-solving skills.
My Background and Approach
I utilize a person-centered approach where I like to have a safe space for clients to express themselves. I think it is important to meet a client where they are to see how I can best serve them and provide the best care. I also will utilize where we can challenge negative thoughts and beliefs. Some other treatment styles I use are CPT, Bibliotherapy, DBT, EFT, and Motivational Interviewing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I obtained my Master’s degree in 2023 from Wake Forest University and am now providing clinical counseling services in both Montana and Georgia via telehealth. I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions, and to work towards developing coping strategies and problem-solving skills. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my partner and our dogs. Traveling is a passion of mine, as I love exploring new places and meeting new people. I also enjoy reading, fishing, and scuba diving in my spare time.
