I have expertise in working with individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, as well as their families and caregivers. My work emphasizes supportive interventions, cognitive stimulation, behavioral management strategies, and caregiver education. I aim to enhance functioning, reduce distress, and improve quality of life for both patients and their support systems.

I have extensive experience working with individuals across the lifespan who are navigating ADHD. My expertise includes comprehensive assessment, psychoeducation, and evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), executive functioning strategies, and skills coaching. I help clients develop practical tools to manage attention, organization, emotional regulation, and daily functioning.

I specialize in the assessment and treatment of OCD, utilizing evidence-based approaches including exposure and response prevention (ERP) and cognitive-behavioral techniques. My clinical work focuses on helping clients identify triggers, reduce compulsive behaviors, and build long-term coping strategies to improve overall quality of life.

I use CBT to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts and beliefs, develop coping strategies, and modify behaviors that contribute to distress. This evidence-based approach is effective for managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and other mental health concerns.

I incorporate PCT to provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard and understood. This approach emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and collaboration, helping clients explore their emotions and develop self-awareness and self-acceptance.

I utilize solution-focused techniques to help clients identify their strengths, set achievable goals, and develop practical strategies for change. This approach emphasizes what is working well and builds on clients’ resources to create meaningful, forward-focused solutions.
