About My Clients
I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, identity questions, relationship challenges, trauma, and systemic barriers like discrimination or housing instability. Many of my clients are queer, neurodivergent, or feel disconnected from their emotions despite being highly reflective. They’re seeking a safe, honest space to better understand themselves and create meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
My work is trauma-informed and client-centered. I believe clients are the experts in their own lives, and I value honesty, transparency, and the therapeutic relationship as key drivers of change. I integrate DBT, CBT, ACT, and person-centered therapy, along with feminist and harm reduction frameworks, to meet each client where they are. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for self-discovery, growth, and meaningful alignment with your values and goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing happens in relationships rooted in safety, honesty, and respect. I believe clients are the experts in their own lives, and that meaningful change begins when people feel truly seen and understood. I believe therapy should be collaborative, accessible, and grounded in real-life context—not judgment or shame. I believe in harm reduction, bodily autonomy, and the importance of addressing systemic barriers alongside individual experiences. Above all, I believe everyone deserves a space to be their authentic self and to grow at their own pace.
