About My Clients
Many of the women I work with feel like they're "supposed to have it figured out" and are exhausted from pretending. We explore what's beneath the anxiety and self-criticism, and build practical tools that work in real life, moving at a safe, manageable pace.
My Background and Approach
My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a strengths-based lens, meaning we'll work on the patterns that are keeping you stuck, but we'll do it from a place that recognizes what you're already doing right. Therapy with me is warm, real, and not overly clinical. We'll laugh sometimes. We'll go deep when it's time. And step by step, we'll build the tools that help you feel more grounded, more confident, and more like yourself.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy alongside strength-based approaches in my practice. In our sessions, we'll explore what's beneath the anxiety, self-criticism, and recurring patterns, while building practical tools you can use in everyday life. I'm also continuing to expand my training in trauma-informed care so we can move at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
