I have worked with anxiety throughout my career. We will work together to find the best skills and tools for you to use throughout your daily life.

Many people have stress at work. I am not sure of anyone who does not. We will work together to find ways to cope with the daily stress of work and how to manage it when you may have difficult tasks or coworkers.

Stress affects every single person in the world. We will talk through all the things that are most stressful for you and work on ways to cope with them by using tools you gain in the therapy room.

I also offer premarital counseling using programs specifically designed to get you prepared with your partner for marriage. If you are interested send me an email or give me a call and we can talk more about what that would look like.

Solutions-focused therapy allows us to find quick solutions to some of your concerns as we begin our work together before we begin to go deeper.

The use of narrative therapy allows you to use your narrative, talk through it, and then we map it out and work on adjusting the parts that you feel you want some change in. Then we talk through that new narrative and how that fits and feels for you.
