About My Clients
My clients often feel disconnected from themselves, their bodies, or their relationships. Many live with chronic illness or the lasting effects of stress and trauma. They’re caring and self-aware, yet often feel drained, anxious, or unsure of their own needs. Together, we explore the patterns of overgiving and emotional responsibility that keep them stuck—creating space for connection, balance, and self-trust.
My Background and Approach
With a background in both health science and mental health therapy, I approach healing through a holistic lens—recognizing how deeply the body and mind influence one another. Living with autoimmune disorders myself has strengthened this understanding and shaped the way I work with clients. I support individuals navigating attachment and relationship trauma, chronic illness, and sexual health challenges by honoring the body’s wisdom and resilience. My approach blends EMDR, parts work, mindfulness, and CBT to help clients untangle the patterns that keep them stuck—like overgiving, self-blame, and emotional exhaustion—while building self-trust, safety, and connection. I received my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Villanova University.
