About My Clients
Hannah has experience working with adults, children, adolescents, and families across contexts, with a special interest in working with neurodivergent individuals. During her time as an advanced clinical intern with Dwellness, Hannah received specialized training working with individuals who have ADHD and executive function deficits within the home, within school contexts, and through teletherapy
My Background and Approach
Hannah works from an integrative approach that is particularly influenced by third-wave CBT-informed treatments (CBT, DBT, ACT) as well as Narrative and Art Therapies. She often incorporates artistic elements to facilitate communication and connection, particularly when working with children who struggle with self-expression, while incorporating Narrative Therapy to foster communication and understanding between family members
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Hannah understands the importance of early intervention to develop adaptive tools/skills for navigating day-to-day life, as well as the importance of having a safe place to express oneself without fear of being judged for either perceived or actual deficits. Hannah also believes that it is never too late to learn new skills and hopes to encourage self-awareness and confidence for those who are struggling to accept or understand themselves
