About My Clients
I support teen girls, young women, and mothers who are carrying heavy feelings about self-esteem, body image and eating struggles. I also specialize in working with women on their prenatal journey; navigating the big transitions of pregnancy and postpartum. So often, these seasons of life bring up emotions we’re told we shouldn’t have—confusion, doubt, resentment—right alongside love and joy. My role is to create a space where nothing has to be hidden, and where your whole experience is welcome.
My Background and Approach
I take a warm, collaborative approach that goes beyond talk therapy. Together, we’ll move at your pace, weaving in conversation and body-based practices like mindfulness, somatic therapy, Gestalt, breathwork, and nature-based work—while also drawing from CBT, DBT and ACT when structure or skills are needed. My hope is that you leave sessions with a stronger sense of steadiness and self-trust, and a gentler perspective on your life and journey—able to meet yourself with more ease, acceptance, and confidence in where you are and where you’re headed.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At the heart of my work is the belief that we all deserve to feel at home in ourselves and supported through life’s transitions. I care deeply about helping young women and mothers move through the pressures of body image, identity, and motherhood with more compassion and self-trust. Outside of the therapy room, I’m drawn to the natural world—I find grounding in being outdoors, and this often inspires the nature-based elements I bring into my work. I value honesty, inclusivity, and authenticity, and I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds. I believe therapy should be a space where your whole self is honored, without judgment or expectation. I am also passionate about women’s mental health, reproductive justice, and creating communities of care that reduce shame and isolation.
