About My Clients
Whether they are an individual or a couple - my clients all have unique needs. As a therapist, I strive to offer affirming, relational, culturally sensitive and client centered therapy to every one of them. I am honored to walk alongside you through the vulnerable and authentic therapeutic process as you learn, grow, and heal.
My Background and Approach
Relying on systems theory and understanding, my model of therapy is integrative and relational - combining approaches from Systems Theory, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and more. Among many areas of interest, my specialities are: pre-teens/teens, couples, women of all ages, queer folx, and clients who are diagnosed with or suspect they may have Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), a disorder I have myself. Other issues: anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, trauma, relationship issues, codependency, grief, and life transitions.
Why I Became a Therapist
I became a therapist because I saw first-hand how mental health affects individuals, couples, and families. I am so passionate about this work and I want to walk with my clients through the hard times and towards growth!
