About My Clients
I recognize that one of the most important parts of effective therapeutic treatment includes having a strong connection between the client and therapist. I focus on creating a trusting relationship built on empathy and compassion. Together we will discover and develop the skills and strengths you need to work towards healing and change.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in Brainspotting Phase 1, Expansion Brainspotting and Integrative Somatic Parts Work. I am passionate about using attachment-focused and brain and body-based approaches that are informed by Brainspotting and Somatic Internal Family Systems Therapy to help support clients to process and heal.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I work to create a safe and welcoming space of compassion, connection and attunement. I recognize and welcome all types of identities, including the diverse and intersectional experiences of race, gender, size, age, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, ethnicity, spirituality and ability. I believe every person is the expert of their own life and I aim to work together to discover each individuals’ strengths.
