About My Clients
I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, and borderline personality disorder, supporting adolescents, young adults, and adults. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore emotions, build coping skills, and foster self-understanding. My approach emphasizes empathy, collaboration, and practical strategies so clients can feel seen, heard, and empowered on their journey toward growth and balance.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed therapist with extensive experience working in acute care, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, and PHP/IOP programs, supporting adolescents, young adults, adults, and families. I specialize in treating eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and borderline personality disorder, integrating evidence-based approaches with a compassionate, client-centered perspective. My training in the Health at Every Size and Harm Reduction models allows me to support clients in building a healthier relationship with their bodies and behaviors without judgment. By combining clinical expertise with a supportive, collaborative approach, I help clients develop practical coping strategies, gain self-understanding, and feel empowered to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, balance, and emotional resilience.
