About My Clients
I specialize in working with people who are ready to make change happen. I have extensive background and training in working with clients with traumatic backgrounds, and victims of abuse. I also have loved my time working with teenagers, and how mental health can be addressed in childhood.
My Background and Approach
I make it my goal to always meet you where you are at. What works for you is what we will be doing. I've been told that I'm "too nice" to be a therapist, but that doesn't mean that I won't challenge you, and help you reach your goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I honestly want to make the world a little bit of a better and easier place. Everyone has so much good in them, and I want them to access those parts.
